Unbeatable location and spotless place, I loved amazingly kind staff. Marvellous breakfast to start the day, astonishing food. They made my stay relaxing. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Queenstown Mall. The service in general was ATTENTIVE.

The bed was very comfy, the room was cosy and bright. There were microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in kitchenette. Good location to skyline gondola. Btw, went to city centre, located relatively close to the hotel: D

Location and people were fabulous, I loved that. The bedroom was comfortable. And it had absolutely fabulous views and lovely bed. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. Fast check in and fast check out.
